A lot  of people think

that yoga is just exercise.

But it's not!

Yoga is a part of the Hindu religion.

As followers of

Jesus Christ,

we are Christians,

so we choose NOT to do things that are part of the Hindu religion.  

PraiseMoves has fun stretches and exercises that make us strong

on the outside

--AND--

we learn Bible verses

while we exercise

so we become strong

on the inside!!!
